How to buy online
You must choose a work with a visible price (not for consultation), click on the "Buy now" icon and process the order through a secure payment gateway (Paypal). You can pay with your credit or debit card. Once the purchase is completed you will receive a confirmation email. The data concerning the payment in no case are stored or processed on our website.
Once the purchase process has been verified, we will proceed to send you the artwork within a maximum period of one week. The buyer outside the Spanish territory will be informed by mail of the approximate shipping time. In case of out of stock, the money will be refunded within 4 days. Orders will be processed in strict order of receipt. The unframed artwork will be sent in reinforced packaging by a specialized transport company. Packing, shipping and transport costs will be paid by Galeria Dolors Junyent, within the Spanish territory.
Orders will not be delivered to post office boxes.
From the date of receipt of the piece, you have 10 days to return it. Simply inform us and proceed to the return with the same packaging and transport. These costs are borne by the buyer. The amount of the purchase will be refunded by bank transfer, once received the work and verified its condition (from 3 to 8 days).
